The INITIAL online registration ($75) is handled through Active.com. After clicking on the Register Now button below, you will be redirected to the active.com site in a separate browser window. ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES August 1, 2015 AT 5 PM or when all 20 slots have been filled.
Full price for the 4 day tour is $2,500 per person, made up of a $75 registration fee and a $2,500 fundraising portion. We will contact you after your initial registration on Active.com. A $500 deposit or fundraising minimum will be due in full by Friday Jun 13th by 5 pm.
There is a mandatory fundraising minimum of $2,500, which may also be paid by you should you not be interested in fundraising. The total $2,500 will be due by Friday July 3, 2014.
You may pay for your slot and then be reimbursed the amount you have fundraised. For example, if you raise $500 and paid the entire $2500, we will reimburse you $500 of the total amount you paid. This is only good up to reducing your fee to $500 (until you reach $2500 in fundraising).
Fundraising has it's priveleges! Each registrant will get an ACT bike jersey FREE too! Additionally, those who raise $5,000 or more will be invited (with a guest) to a special thank you dinner to be held in October at Morton's Steakhouse.
